We would love to be part of the selection of the perfect location to suit your exact requirements and vision. We work with top venues, both within Cape Town as well as South Africa and internationally.

FLORAL ARTISTRY

We are extremely blessed to have absolutely amazing florals artists that we work with. The process will commence with your overall concept for your celebration, we will walk you through every step of the way in order to hone the ideas with practical thinking to create a visual feast.

ADMINISTRATION

The administration aspect will encapsulate the legwork of the event in its entirety. We will apply our ingenuity along with the clients’ vision to create a concept for the event, we have knowledge to get clearances required, guide with budgetary documentation as well as schedules to be created and adhered to. This is only a few of the admin duties that we will take care of behind the scenes.

HOSPITALITY

Service and beverages is definitely a top priority to ensure the success of your celebration. We offer guidance in terms of obtaining the correct service provider to complement your event.

DÉCOR CONCEPTS

This walks hand in hand with the floral aspect as these elements need to complement one another. We will ensure that we broaden your knowledge by showcasing what is available within our décor rich industry and pushing design boundaries with inspiring ideas.

HIRING ELEMENT

With each location, there may be certain hiring items required. We will apply our knowledge, together with the client brief, in order to source the correct items and quantities.

STATIONERY DESIGN

There are amazing vendors that can assist with the stationery aspect. We will offer our expertise to capture your overall theme within the stationery aspects starting from Save the Dates all the way to the thank you cards after the event day.

BUDGET ALIGNMENT

We are well aware that although the planning can be extremely fun, there needs to be voice of reason to keep budget in line with your expectations.

ENTERTAINMENT

There is an absolute vast variety of different entertainment options available to suit each event. We will creatively guide this element to offer the client the perfect option to complement the celebration.
